Error in MAIN_SHDPREPUT/START_SHDI_PREPUT

Hi ,

Currently performing stack upgrade using SUM tool  stopped due to error in phase MAIN_SHDPREPUT/START_SHDI_PREPUT

I'm getting the below error in Preprocessing Phase. Please advise if you have encountered this issue and the solution to it.
