Background job management

Dear All,

I have following requirement.

Depending upon Job 1 (Report 1) result I need to run Job 2 (Program 2). Following are the conditions:

1) Job 1 Completed, Run Job 2

2) Job 1 error, end the process

3) Job 1 some other condition, re run Job 1

Is there any tool to fulfill above need? Request you to guide me.
