DW.Net has been EOL'ed for quite some time and Sybase has pulled the product from its eStore and downloads.
The replacement for DW.net is actually PB.net with the latest 12.5.x release. In there, you can build a CVUO including a DW Control and DWO's - then package that up in a .Net Assembly. The resulting CVUO .Net assembly can then be added to your VS WinForms.
