Hi,

  Ok lets try to debug  wat is the issue.Please try to follow the below steps and check whether it helps

1) Activate the Source infoprovider QQQSEADO.And try to do data preview on that provider and check.

2)Your procedure has Three parameters Two I/P and One O/P.WHat does your second I/P Parameter(Control paarmeter) does here.Can you just remove this  second I/P parameter for time being .

3) Make sure the fields Data type of your source,I/P parameter and your O/P parameter matches.

4) After checking and performing the above task try activating it again.

please let me know the status after performing the above task.
