Error 3 in NWDS while creating Operation Mapping

Hello Guys,

I am getting error 3 while saving operation mapping after creating through NWDS and system is PO 7.4.

I have created XSDs and service interfaces through ESR, message mapping and operation mapping through NWDS. I am able to create message mapping in NWDS without any issues but facing error only while creating operation mapping.

Does it mean that my XSD is invalid (able to save ED and activate it successfully) ? Else I should all the objects using one tool either NWDS or swing client or else should I avoid using XSD while creating interface through NWDS.
