Hi Amber,

Change the below launchpad configuration(in transaction lpd_cust):

Role: ESS

Instance: MENU

Under Benefits Folder-> Benefits Enrollment, there is Personal Profile application with application name - HRESS_A_PERSINFO

Change the configuration to your Z- and it should work.
