If there are any returns earlier to sap ask the client raise credit note for the customer in finance.
As they are returns stock check whether they are damaged or good. If the goods are resaleable then take the stock into unrestricted opening stock with the mother invoice. At depot without mother invoice it is not possible to take that stock into unrestricted. Yes you have to show that stock in RG23D register if we are considering that stock as unrestricted to sale. It is not possible to show the returns into sap as still we haven't started sales. Any payements for such kind of activities will be taken care by finance.
