Thanks for your help, I have solved the license issue.

I checked the properties of my APS, and it is Adaptive Connectivity Service that does not start.

In the note, it is mentioned:

"Copy the lib directory from working environment to the one with APS running with errors. Note: This will solve the issue for Adaptive Connectivity Service and Security Token Service."

The lib directory from working environment is:

<Install_folder>\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\lib.

I suppose I have to paste it to one of the folders here:

<Install_folder>\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\pjs\services

But I can't find any Adaptive Connectivity Service there.

Am I doing it wrong?
